Really deserves no stars if that was an option! Reserving a unit was very easy, moving out of one and getting your deposit back not so much. Question business practices since I called on the 25th to give my 5 day notice and called back on the 30th of the month to say I was out even though I was out on the 25th already and then two days later they still tried to take out a payment after told account was closed on the phone. Then sent email of a $15 late charge which was not correct and then sent another email saying 0 balance but was not getting my refund back due to items left in storage. There was no items left and we even swept the walls down with a large push broom to ensure it was clean.

Gate to the storage buildings only worked for the first month we had stuff there. After that, the gate was left open. Many ruts right at the entrance that were never filled in. Some guy was always doing work from his unit at the last row (which rules said wasn't allowed). All the wood came out from storage moldy. They must never check email, since I sent a few and never got responses on any. They never said you have to give 5 days notice before moving out to get your deposit back (if they checked email, they would've had). Never doing business there again.
