Went to AT&T and see why my bill was so high when I paid last month's bill, I added my brother and sister in law to my account and it was only supposed to be around $101.00 per month and my bill was over $342.00 and when I went to AT&T they didn't help me at all.

Kim at the Greenbrier location was amazing. She helped my dad customize his plans for each phone and was able lower his monthly bill. He will definitely be going back to see her next he needs any help.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Kim and the manager. She worked with me for two hours on a problem. They did not have to be so kind and make me laugh so much, but they did. They are extremely kind and I am extremely grateful for their help! (Kim especially! She is one of the best customers service representatives that I have ever met.) Thank you so much!

I took my son to the Greenbrier location to receive a new phone for his birthday. The AT&T staff member upgraded to the wrong phone number, which is my father’s phone number. I took the new phone back to the store where the staff member changed the number to the correct number. Then told me that if my father’s phone doesn’t work, he will have to go to an AT&T store to get a new SIM card. The staff member showed zero emotions, was very monotone, and behaved as if it was my error.My father lives in a different state and has cognitive difficulties. This causes him to be unable to process situations such as this one. He went several hours without his phone working and without knowing why. This caused him unnecessary stress and confusion, which can send him into a mental state that can be difficult for him to handle. His phone ended up not working.The issue was fixed after making the phone call to customer service.

Stopped in to get information on switching to prepaid plan. Two guys were on staff and both were working with an attractive young woman although one was just standing there doing nothing. Although I was acknowledged upon entering, both employees stuck to the young girl like bees on honey. After 3 minutes I walked out. This store is terrible at customer service. Go somewhere else. On my prior visit just weeks ago they couldn’t answer simple questions about my account. Training needs to be addressed.

The associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new phone and he set it up and changed the plan to just what we wanted. I would definitely recommend anyone needing assistance go to the AT&T store in Greenbrier.

I wouldn't take anything there just put a new screen protector $23 dollors on a new apple watch 9 took it in to check something out on it they peeled the screen protector on it that was just installed 30 mins prior said it would not turn off total goobers and would not make it right I will continue to spread how low down that was and encourage people to go to conway att on oak street and see Jon Henry the manager there is a great rep and super courteous and knows his equipment

The employees here have always been helpful when it came to anything needed whether it be our lines transferred over or a simple phone screen or new phone. Very professional and seem to know what they are doing. Would recommend 10/10
