“Very genuine people here. We thought our car was having transmission issues so we brought it in to be looked at and they told us that it was actually a communication issue with the car and not the transmission after all. They didn’t charge us for looking at it and also gave us a place that could reset the communications. Very refreshing to see an honest repair shop whereas most other mechanics would have found a way to charge us for something still or do an unnecessary repair.”

“I made a huge mistake and pumped DEF in my diesel tank . The truck shut down just about immediately. I had it towed into Ferrell and he and all his guys stopped what they were doing and jumped on my truck. In 45 min. he had the tank off, drained, cleaned, fuel pump flushed, filters replaced, blew out the lines and back together. Truck started up and is clear of all DEF. Highly recommend Ferrell Diesel Services.”

“Had AC work done.They gave me a price and did the work. had to take it back a few times to get it corrected. Knowledge of AC is not the best. after working on it a few times got it working correctly. While I had to take it back to get it done right I must give them a 4 star because they stood behind there work with no further cost. That is important for shops now days and hard tyo find.”
