I bought a metal bed frame that did not have the threading in one piece. I went to Autozone Greenbrier AR hoping they had a tool I could borrow to save me from having to send this back plus all the time it took me thus far. Funny thing store manager tried to help and had the right idea but gave up on me. Daniel one of the workers said here let me try ! Gotta give it to him first seeing the problem and believing in himself knowing he could fix it! Within 2 minutes he had it working for me like I never had an issue! I do always go to Autozone for my car parts but this truly made me a faithful customer now. Thank you Daniel !!! You saved me !

Had a great experience with Shawna. She and her coworker went the extra mile when the manufacturer dropped the ball. They were patient and knowledgeable and tried their hardest to help. I will definitely return!

If you are looking for help, DONT GO HERE. The lady at the front was so lazy after buying 70 dollar windshield wipers!!!!! She refused to put them on because it was sprinkling. When trying to get my refund she was very rude and easy to say I’ll never go there again. Went to tires for less got the same wipers for $40 and they put them on no complaints! Don’t waste your time at Auto Zone

We had a hell of a time trying to find a oil filter for our jeep liberty, went to multiple places and they were the only ones to actually find us an oil filter that fit! Turns out our oil filter isn't in the system but they took the time to look around and find one that was almost the same as the old one. A redheaded blue eyed man, I didn't catch his name, but if you're in Greenbrier and need help finding a trouble part, these are the guys for you!

Went in for the "check your code" service.Out-freaking-standing!I now know all kinds of details on my "new-to-me" ride and dude helped me come up with a reasonable battle plan to prioritize and take on my repairs.Very helpful.Professional and friendly.Clean store.Reasonable prices.Did I mention the out-freaking-standing service? Well, it was worth mentioning... twice.

Edited: Joseph the GM and Shawna from Regional handled my issue with professionalism. I appreciate them taking this matter seriously.Came in for a simple Duralast Gold battery warranty exchange. Batteries were bad, diesel truck had to be jumped several times, with two vehicles as well. Balding, greybearded clerk with the glasses was incredibly rude from the word “Go”, tested the batteries, said they were fine, raised his voice at me when I said they weren’t, angrily got two new batteries to replace the old ones, threatened not to take the batteries back “if this doesn’t fix the problem”, and then threw the receipts for the warranty exchange at me like a toddler. All over a battery warranty exchange. My niece has better manners than a fully grown man in his 50s. Will not come back.
