  I bought a car from Coran paid for it for 1 1/2 years then on a Sunday morning I had a knock at my door , answered the door and my car was hooked up to a wrecker and the man said he was repo the car for non payment ! I showed him my receipt where I paid it and he said I would have to take it up with Coran. So the next morning I went and proved that I had paid and the lady that had took my payment didn't put it on the books where I paid. Then the owner's mother said it was my fault and if I wanted my car back I had to pay the tow fee. So i paid it . I should have sued them.....She treated me so bad and yelling at me because she didn't want to take any responsibity for them being in the wrong ! I paid my car off over 8500.00 and was treated like trash by her....Never buy anything from them !!

  Wonderful people. I purchased this car with a great payment option. Had a wonderful experience with the owners. Good car, reliable and I still have it after paying it off. They sell top notch used cars. I recommend them.

  This place is such a joke. Used to be a respectable business now it is ran by a bunch of money hungry clowns. I bought an 08 suv from them had it 3 months and it jumped time no big deal used car stuff happens. I called them and tried to talk to the snake (chance) and he answered right away. I told him what the problem was he said no problem he would come get it and see what we could do to fix it. I didn't think they would do the honorable thing and fix it free of charge but I thought they might switch it for something else add the repairs to amount owed something. But after they didn't come get it the first day I knew they were up to tricks. I called on the 16th my payment was due on the 20. I called everyday until on the 30th they called me (my payment was 10 days late at that point). Some women called me and said she has to repo my car and with the fees it was upwards of 600 before they even tried to fix it. I laughed and said “I figured you were going to screw me but I gave you a chance to do the right thing”. She said “we don't do business like that” even though that's exactly what they were doing??? If they would have said the first time that they could not help me then I would have been fine with that. But when he said he they would work it out and try to fix then he pulled a little game just goes to show the kind of people your dealing with. Class and honor and honesty used to mean something in business but I guess not any more.

  I purchased a 2003 Town Car form them in September 2017. After going through a rough patch, I was starting over. I went in and spoke with Sherry Coran. She showed me what they had on the lot and allowed me to drive several vehicles. After selecting the car I wanted, she took care of everything. The process was quick and simple, the down payment and monthly payments are very reasonable. If you buy here remember you are buying a used car and sometimes used cars have issues. My car had an issue with the sound system. Sherry agreed to have it fixed and was good to her word. I have been very happy with my purchase from them and the level of customer service. It really is very simple. If you make your payment, communicate with them and keep your word, you will not have any issues.

  Do not get a vehicle from them, nothing but problems and they don't care about fixing it!!! Please don't waste your time or money!!! Regret every decision I made with them!!!
