I've been at this storage unit for 5 years, I was very pleased to be in a secured unit, how ever when the new owners took over my rent increased from $125.00 to $228.00, I was not expecting that much more, when I called to set up new account, I could not understand the people I was speaking to, I was very frustrated, taking more money out of my account with no notice is not exceptable, they say they gave me notice where was it? speaking to these people was enough for me to hang up, this happened several times, so when I was ready to move out I spoke to Ivy, she was awesome, finally someone I could understand in English, everything went as plan, Thank you Ivy, keep up the good work.Please do better with the communication, maybe Ivy should be your communication trainer, just saying. have a good day and thank you again Ivy.

This place is over priced and you hardly have room to turn in from the highway without your car getting hit. The do not pro-rate either. We paid for an entire month although we only used it for 1 week of that month. That’s basic customer service etiquette, to pro rate. Look elsewhere for your storage needs
