I just rented a climate controlled unit at Premier Storage of Greenbrier and the customer service experience was easy, smooth and just overall excellent.Zarrah, the lady that helped me with everything was very pleasant, patient and kind. The entire process was so painless.In our world today where the bar has been lowered so much in regard to customer service, Zarrah and Premier Storage hit it out of the park on this one. And this is such a simple service.... renting a storage unit, but it just shows how a little intentionality goes a long way with customers.Great job ya'll!

Premier Storage of Greenbrier has always been great. With the new camera system, lights that light up the whole facility, individual user gate codes and a new site manager, I feel they are better than ever. They have done so many upgrades since they took over and they really take good care of the property. I hear the other facility is the same with the same upgrades. Good job!

Quick and easy to rent! Easy to pay online and units are nice. Also easy to terminate when ready. Like the fact it is gated and security lights and cameras

I have storage at both facilities owned by Premier here in Greenbrier. They are clean, well kept, and always accessible. The Climate control, is awesome to have so you don't have to worry about your items in the ever changing weather. Highly recommend.

I highly advise no one to store anything here.i got my whole life stolen here. Also THE SECURITY CAMERAS DO. NOT. WORK! this place is a joke. Trust me
