“I was traveling thru Conway on the first night of a 7 day trip. I realized at 4:30 PM that when packing my older CPAP machine I had neglected to also pack the power supply cord with transformer. I quickly found Baker Medical and contacted Mitchell there by telephone. I described my dilemma and he said he would search the store to see what he could find. I quickly grabbed my machine and headed to Baker. When I arrived Mitchell had found two components that make up the power supply for an older CPAP but we did not know if it would power mine. He reviewed the power data on the transformer and my machine and felt that it was compatible. We plugged it in and worked! I was on my way before 5 PM, rescued by the offer of help by Mitchell at Baker Medical!! Thank you very much!!”
