“Yeah, another good experience at this location. They had my three kids and I out quick, and were honest and so nice. They took time to explain their policies and make sure I knew that if I need any fluids topped off at any time, I could just come back in and they would do it for free.”

“Took longer than anticipated, but was informed that the location I went to was a training store, so I was more understanding after learning that. Reji did my oil change, and took care to make sure everything was done properly. Aside from some oily hand prints on my hood, the experience was pleasant and smooth. I would come back for my next oil change, if I don’t decide to do it myself. It was just cold and I was being lazy.”

“I enjoy using Splash Car Wash because I know they operate with integrity. Friday I went to the carwash in Conway to use a gift card I received on my birthday. The automated machine did not want to accept my card. The man on duty went inside and got a code that allowed me to use my gift card. I pulled into a parking spot for the interior clean. I went inside to have a cup of hot tea, but unfortunately the machine was not working.
But from the window I could see three men cleaning my car. I was impressed with their attention to details. I left feeling clean and refreshed. It truly was an Aloha Friday. ??”
“Nick displayed great customer service, ensured I received the 3 tires I wanted, and assisted other customers while he contacted Dave Ward Walmart for the 4th tire. If Nick had not called ahead, then another customer would have purchased the last tire that I wanted. Thank you for your dedication.”

“They always go above and beyond! The young lady today went back and forth between me and the warehouse for awhile and I felt so bad but she even through my difficulty figuring out what I needed she was super helpful and patient with me all my tires will be bought through them!”
