“A big oak tree fell and overturned my propane tank on June 3, 2024, at approximately 3:00 P.M. I called Pinnacle Propane immediately and they gave me assurances and said they would take care of my problem. Their employee, Tim, came as soon as he heard from Kathy and made sure there was no danger to me before he could be back with help to get the tank upright and functioning for use again. He made sure there were no leaks and I was totally confident that all would be fine. He and a driver were back and they very efficiently got everything in order so soon that I didn’t have time to miss the use of my range. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs propane. Their “can-do” attitudes and abilities were so reassuring and I am so grateful to have them to help if I ever have another dangerous incidence and need someone to respond quickly.
