My wife took her tahoe here and they charged us 4k total. We brought in shocks for a 3 inch lift kit thats already on the vehicle but we were told the rubber bushings were missing.. so we got a call and were told that we needed to find the rubber bushings. We'll, we ordered them and took the vehicle back up there to later get a call that they weren't the right bushings, they were for the front. I don't understand how they don't know the difference between struts and shocks. They graciously got in contact with rough country after my wife had to ask them multiple times to help us find the correct parts where i bought the shocks and said it would be ready in 2 days. 2 days later we get the tahoe and looked at the work that was completed and the shocks weren't even the ones I brought in to be replaced!! They replaced them with cheaper parts for a blazer and put back on the shock extenders that we even told them in the beginning we didnt want or need since we got the 3 inch lift shocks! Don't trust them! They literally scammed us and were so untruthful about everything. Now, 4k later, we are taking it to a trusted and reputable mechanic to review all the damage completed and see how much more we are gonna be in the hole. Please don't take your vehicle here!

Tim's is a first class place. Zach listens carefully to my concerns or task I want them to do. I leave with confidence it will be taken care of. When I return its perfect. Reasonable rates. Never left feeling over charged. They've worked on 3 of my vehicles and did a great job each time. You can't go wrong here

I seriously cannot recommend this shop enough. I started going here a few years back after hearing about them from a guy that is friends with the owner when I was looking for a good local shop to work on my 92 Ford F-350. Now, I take all of my vehicles here for any extensive work that needs to be done. I trust that the people at this shop will do the work right and stand by their work. The 1-2 times I’ve ever noticed something not being quite right (I take 3 vehicles here so it happens), I’ve never had any issue being able to communicate that to Zach and get the vehicle back in to make sure it’s adjusted. They’re fair on prices, communicate all the way through and service the vehicles in a timely manner. If you’re in the area, you should really check the folks out here and I hope you find the same assurance in making this your go to shop. These are good people that do good work.

I was a few hundred miles from home, headed to Norfork, Arkansas, when the driver’s information center in my pickup lit up with a warning that the battery wasn’t charging. Turned out the alternator had gone bad. I stopped in at the O’Reilly’s in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and they’re the ones who pointed me to Tim’s Garage. I showed up with the alternator in hand, and Tim was able to work me in quickly. He got me fixed up and back on the road without missing a beat. What could’ve been a frustrating delay ended up being a smooth experience thanks to Tim’s professionalism and willingness to help a traveler in a bind. I was back on the road—and later that day, on the White River catching trout. I appreciate good service, and I sure got it here.

Took my car here for repairs and got it back not properly repaired each time, despite spending thousands of dollars based on what they said. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else to have it properly fixed. Not a good experience at all here.

Had a flat 3pm on a Friday heading home from vacation. Luckily 1 mile from Tim’s garage. Have them a call and had our tires in stock. Had us in and out in maybe 45min for 4 tires and didn’t rip us off on the price. Wish we had them back home.

The worst tire shop/mechanics shop i've ever been to in my life if I could give this Negative four stars I would. I had issues with my truck took it to them. They said I need upper and lower ball joints, which they replaced. I've had to take my truck back to them 4 different times for them to replace my ball joints. And every time it was a different excuse Because I had issues still everytime after they had it ,every time my ball joints still were not Installed correctly.The very last time they replaced them, they didn't even replace one side like they were supposed to. The other side still looks like the original ball joint. So I honestly don't know what they do every time I take my truck up there plus every time I take my truck up there. It comes back with another issue.
They even messed up my driver door window, which wouldn't even roll up or down. It just stuck down off track and I told them they needed to fix that Because one of their mechanics is the one that broke it and that i've never had an issue with it so They fixed it, but then afterwards made me pay for it. they Have no clue how to work on vehicles there. Now here I am ive spend thousands of dollars with them.
And I'm having to spend more money going to a different shop. To have it done correctly. They are a sorry Excuse for a tire /mechanic shop I've ever known. If you are thinking about taking your vehicle there.
I would think twice. Cause your issues will never be resolved.

I got brakes for about $800 or so at Discount Auto Brakes in Conway, AR earlier this year. Tim’s Garage bought them out soon after and despite that, they still honored the warranty on the brakes and replaced them at no charge. The brakes ended up having another issue so I took the car to this location in Greenbrier. They again honored the warranty and even upgraded the brakes at no additional charge to fix the issue. Extremely honest, efficient, and reasonable. Greatly appreciate them.

My low tire sensor light came on and these guys not only addressed the issue once, but when it didn't reset on it's on, I went back and they diagnosed the problem and corrected it for me free of charge. Great job Guys!!!

Tim's has done us right for major things and minor ones. I stopped in just today because I had a low tire. They fixed it quickly and with no charge. We will keep going back.
