The system would not let me give a review unless I gave it one star, but it does not even deserve it. I have never had so much trouble with Amerigas the whole time I have been on protane, almost 40 years. If I could afford to hook up to natural gas today, I would. This is the worst service. I was told they would deliver in 24 hours for emergency, then I canceled that after they didn't show up for 48 hours. They then rescheduled me, and a real person said they would be there Tuesday. I waited around all day and no show. I called them again and a real person said they would be here today, but when I called to check the status I was told that I am not scheduled today either. I don't know if there is a commission board with propane but I am ready to call BBB.ll and spoke to another customerserviced

Customer service has gone out the window with this company! It seems they're only concerned with their bottom line. If it weren't for your customers you wouldn't have a business so why not do better by them? No local office to go to anymore so you call and the person's that answer the calls barely speak English. They give you false information on top of it. We almost ran out of propane to heat our home because of the communication issues. Thinking we might be better off taking our business elsewhere.

I had to call 3 times to get ahold of a person that I could actually understand to finish out purchasing propane. And I am a school teacher, so I have lots of patience and experience with accents. Then they charged me 140 for a pressure check, when I had already bought through you before and your policy claims I do not have to pay.The reason I gave two stars at all was the delivery driver was fantastic, and he took off the pressure charge, but I still have been unable to get it refunded.

Very very tough to get ahold of. I believe they should prioritize people that are running low and depend on the gas for heat without adding over 300 for priority delivery. That’s not taking care of your customers!

Will not deliver on time. All calls are routed to a foreign call center. 5 different employees were unable or unwilling to help.

Tried to get some propane before the winter weather storm hit us, couldn't get anyone in the USA to even speak with. Can barely understand whoever is on the other end. Tried to charge me an extra $300 emergency fee on top of the prepay fill-up. Do yourself a favor a call someone that actually lives in Arkansas.

I inherited a tank rental when purchasing the home. Cool. They were great when signing up, even had a local person answering the call late at night. So the people at the local office are likely awesome. But the there's an apparent Parent IT system default to put you on automatic delivery, even if you don't want it. I sent the driver home once when he arrived, and though I felt bad for him and he was kind and professional, there's no need to waste anyone's time like this. The online account also has fine print in the docusign that defaults to automatic delivery (almost missed that on my cell phone screen). My follow up calls to update the account all go overseas, and are ineffective. I've made requests for account changes twice, and each time it took well over 25 minutes and at least two transfers to other representatives where the same questions are asked and like answers provided. Best advice...be a local provider with local people answering the phones and managing your IT systems. It could have been a 5 minute call, no wasted driver time, and a happy customer.

This is the most unorganize business when it comes to service. Consistantly being told we don't have equipment on siten and now being told we don't have a price per gallon??!??!. Transfered to almost a dozen different individual to even get gas out to our business. We've been battling this for over 3 years!!!! If I could give a negative I would give it -10 star!!! It feels as though Amerigas has a Monoply here in this town.

You have made my life easy with your auto and average pay. I work full time and have a husband that is disabled, so it gives me piece of mind that everything is taken care of. So far I have had no problems. Thank you, Deby Kirkendoll
