The older lady that helped me and my dad tried to make me show 2 forms of ID and charge to cash a check my dad wrote from his account there. Rediculous! So my dad just went to the ATM and drew it out for me. Lady was absolutely ridiculous

The personnel at Greenwood Arvest are always professional, friendly and willing to help with any questions. I love banking at the Greenwood Arvest location.

They will do a photo identification if no one on duty recognizes me. Yes it is irritating at times but better the irritation than missing funds. So thank you.
