The day of the appointment Patty called and reported with enthusiasm that my car was done. Pick up was informative and I never felt like I was being rushed or talked down to. Patty has the best customer service skills ever. J.D. is so knowledgeable and very nice to deal with and Jax, who actually did the work, was also so respectful and took the time to advise care for in the future. Although they are a Collision Repair Shop, I will check with them before going anyone else.

“They do not work on diesels, I have a 3500 diesel. However, everyone I asked about automotive repair work recommended them. I did stop and ask who they recommend to do diesel work and he could not have been nicer!!! Most men won't talk Cummins engines with a woman, but he did. Almost bought a gas truck just so he could be my mechanic. ;-)”
