“Paid over 200.00 plus a tip before I seen our dogs. They said one of our dogs bit her, never happened before but ok if you can't groom one then don't charge for it. Both dogs look the same as when we took them in. Sorry but you lost us from now on. I will say that in the past I was satisfied, but to pay full price for what I received this time is unacceptable!!!! UPDATE there seemed to be a big misunderstanding this morning when I took the dogs in, I received a call from the owner I'm guessing and she explained what happened, I was satisfied with the explanation and the outcome and will try them again.”

“Ronnie, the night shift manager, is SO helpful and kind. I was having an issue with one of my propane tanks, and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me what to do. He was just full of excellent customer service. I frequently go to another store, but now I will get all of my supplies here. Also, the store and restrooms are very clean, unlike at their nearest competitor in Fort Smith where I have actually seen mice!”
