I used their storage building, be sure to keep some mice and rat poison in your unit. I had my stuff in storage for 5 years and I had to throw a bunch of things away.

Don't hire their employees to help you move. items seem to disappear

Read the fine print on your contract. Sweep your unit when you move out even if it's not dirty. They will keep your deposit and then be rude if you question it.
