We had passport applications done here and Ariel was our superhero! She knew all the rules and regulations and even caught our mistakes. All while helping customers walking in. She stayed positive and friendly during a very busy time. Highly recommend!

Terrible, they deliver when they want, they do not pay attention when your flag is up, if they don't want to stop and pick up your mail that day they apparently don't have to. The postmaster has Terrible customer service. He will argue with you and he's lied to me on at least 2 occasions that I know of.

My husband went to pick up some boxes I ordered ONLINE and the post office refused to release them. Have the whole confrontation on video as well. The guy at the office has a smart mouth and told my husband it should be obvious that we can’t order boxes online. And that they will be keeping them. They refused to deliver them at my house. I’ve had it done numerous times. I will be contacting whoever I need to. The way the post office handled this situation was terrible! And withholding something I ordered online IS ILLEGAL ?

At least twice a month they give my mail to the lady the street behind us or they give me their mail. I hate having to track down my own packages.

I live in a neighborhood with parcel lockers, the amount of times my mail has been delivered to another address is frustrating. Important documents, cards, packages, several things…. Always going to another address. Absolutely the worst post office ever. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism, i don’t understand what’s so difficult about putting mail in the correct box.. especially when each address is placed on each box. Can they not match what’s on the package???

All workers are great, except for the old Asian lady. She’s rude,slow, and not very helpful. Every time I go she and only her give me a hard time and tries to overcharge me. Go somewhere else if you see her.

Have had every courier in the area besides USPS deliver to my address correctly. Not only has it on multiple occasions tried to return a package because they couldn't find the address that shows up on google maps, but has continuously been a hassle and difficult experience for them to even remotely get anything correct besides delivering to a P.O. box.

My rural route carrier scans Saturday packages as delivered, even though she clearly isn’t bothering to run her route on the weekends. If I’m lucky, I get things the following Monday. Postmaster doesn’t seem to care or hold anyone accountable. Pure laziness, IMHO.

Have had every courier in the area besides USPS deliver to my address correctly. Not only has it on multiple occasions tried to return a package because they couldn't find the address that shows up on google maps, but has continuously been a hassle and difficult experience for them to even remotely get anything correct besides delivering to a P.O. box.
