The front desk people are great and it is nice to have a walk in clinic. Increasing hard to get an appointment with Ashley Tucker. Also, when you call the clinic, you are calling a call center and can’t actually talk to anyone at the physical location. When you message Ashley Tucker on MyMercy, it’s her nurse that answers and I would have preferred to speak with the Ashley herself instead. I will probably go elsewhere because it’s not very personal.

Moving from a state with doctors who really didn't care to listen to their patients and their concerns about their health, Both my husband and I were surprised with how Christina Metcalf treated us. She is a wonderful person and really cares for her patients and listens to them. I am extremely happy with the care we have received so far from her.

I just moved into this area from Charleston, SC and searched for a provider. I came across Mercy Clinic in Greenwood. I'm so glad I found this location. I've had two visits thus far. My latest visit was June 7th, 2022. I have nothing but praise for their staff...from the girl that took my vitals to the Nurse Practioner (Christina Metcalf) and trainee who saw me. All of them were courteous, prompt and caring. I just couldn't ask for more. Today is the 8th and my results from blood labs and xrays are already up for viewing on MyMercy. Not only does the MyMercy site show my results, but they also show the range and provide further details about the test. Anyway...I'm just appreciative! You folks keep doing a great job! Dale ThomasUPDATE (Sept. 2022):I just wanted to again express my gratitude to the staff at Mercy Clinic - Greenwood. My primary care provider is Nurse Practitioner Christina Metcalf. She does an exemplary job of listening, offering advice, discussing alternatives and setting up follow-on appointments when needed. I'm just very happy to have found this clinic and Nurse Practitioner. Their front counter staff is courteous as well. I highly recommend them. :-)

The front desk help is lazy and rude. The nurses are clueless. The doctors, if one is available, are bottom of the barrel.Save yourself time and anguish. Go to the ER!

Trash. Zero people in the waiting room and no one would see my wife for a probable ankle sprain due to not having an appointment.Code of ethics once meant something.

my mother went to dr. hayes and was instead interrogated by a d*** intern. this led to a trip to the er and a week long hospital stay because of her ignorance and lack of consideration for her patients. she didn’t take the time to double check anything and instead let my mom go home— we went to a different doctor and did all the same things, and we were called immediately when test results came in. she is apparently severely anemic and has to have a transfusion done every day while they figure out what’s going on with her. dr. hayes should have her medical license revoked and i don’t recommend her service if you want to feel cared for as a patient.

Won't take walk-in Mercy patients. If you live in Greenwood you have to drive back into Ft Smith.

New patient. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the doctors. Dr. White was so very nice. I would recommend him to anyone needing a physician.

I also use Dr. White and I am extremely blessed to have him. He is what you want in a Physician. He has an excellent bedside manner and he genuinely cares about his patients. I can be a handful to say the least but with all my issues and tears He has always been patient and kind.I also love his CMA Cynthia? I believe. She’s a sweetheart, I have a long Medical work history. The Medical Field isn’t a easy job. You can’t please everyone but that being said it’s your job to try. You can tell when someone likes what they do or dislikes it. I agree that the front desk staff had major problems. But it seems to be getting better, Love Pat she is always so nice. They are your first point of contact and can give you a horrible impression before you even see your Doctor. I also agree communicating needs improvement they’re extremely busy . , you’re not going to find a “Perfect “ Office. I am happy with my Doctor and will continue to see him, he is excellent.

My whole family uses Dr. White. He's patient, listens attentively, and has great bedside manner. I've never felt like he was rushing me to get to the next person. He genuinely cares about his patients!

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would, not because of the doctors but because of the snotty, rude, and none helpful ladies who you speak to on the phone. I’m not calling out the front desk because honestly I’m unsure as to if it’s them or not but on TONS of occasions I have called been told they would send a not to the doctor and receive a call back and I have yet to EVER receive a call back on any issue. In fact I will call them back several times asking for an update to be informed the previous nurse never put a note in to the doctor or they have no info. It gets to the point of having to call 5 times and pitching a fit before you ever hear anything back, it blows my mind and after all this the lady you speak with it SO rude from the get go, I go out of my way to always be nice and polite and from the first sentence the women is rude. Sadly I like my current doctor there but the lack of service and rudeness has driven my family away. We live no more than a mile from this clinic and I’m transferring all my services to my previous doctor in NWA Dr. Steed who’s office is always kind.
