He even tried to lighten the mood with humorous conversation. I saw him patiently take care of another problem while I fixed mine. Kenneth is a gem. Great service”

“The staff here is always very sweet and helpful. The only possible complaint is that they are not always well stocked with stamps (other than forever 1-ounce stamps- they always have those) but that isn't their fault and they always order more ASAP. I appreciate their willingness to help with mailing packages and answering questions.”
