Ernesto's Tire & Truck Service offers 24/7 roadside assistance for drivers facing truck issues, including blown tires and engine problems. Customers appreciate the shop's quick response and helpful team. One reviewer praised the staff for going out of their way to assist a family traveling from Chicago to Texas. Another customer was relieved to find the shop nearby when they discovered a flat tire and received prompt service. However, there was a complaint about a rude interaction regarding pricing. Despite this, many find the mechanics at Ernesto’s to be friendly and accommodating, especially for those with a Spanish to English language barrier. The shop is also known for having a good selection of tires in stock, making it a reliable choice for those needing repairs quickly. Cash payments are required, which may be inconvenient for some customers. Overall, Ernesto's is recognized for its dedication to helping drivers get back on the road efficiently.
