“Very genuine people here. We thought our car was having transmission issues so we brought it in to be looked at and they told us that it was actually a communication issue with the car and not the transmission after all. They didn’t charge us for looking at it and also gave us a place that could reset the communications. Very refreshing to see an honest repair shop whereas most other mechanics would have found a way to charge us for something still or do an unnecessary repair.”

“My friend and I were on the way to Springfield, Mo, when our truck dash showed a low tire that had gone from 80psi to 50psi. We had 2 horses loaded in the trailer. We attempted to air the tire at a local gas station; however, it was too low at that point. A kind gentleman there had a bigger air tank on his truck and proceeded to air us up, but he told us that we wouldn't make it very far because it was a leak in the valve stem. He referred us to R & D Tire which was across the street from the gas station.
We pulled in there and in no time our tire was taken off, the valve stem fixed, and then the tire was put back on for us to complete our travel. These guys gave exceptional service. A special shout out from Miss Toby Hart goes to Wage for helping us out. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.”

“While vacationing near the small rural community of Clinton Arkansas, our diesel pusher motor home engine broke a belt, and suddenly overheated. Thankfully we were very near our destination for the day and contacted a local Dodge dealer to assist us. The dealership located the parts we needed and had them overnighted to us. Unfortunately, they were not able to install the parts to make the repair and recommended Future Maintenance Services to us. I called and spoke to Richard Manning, the company president, and he assured me that they were quite capable of making the repair in place at our RV site. The next day a mechanic, Thomas came out to install the parts and later he and Richard came to finalize the repair. They had to replace the A/C compressor, the serpentine belt, and serviced the A/C refrigerant. Thank you, Richard and Thomas. We are now back on the road and confident that the repairs were performed perfectly.”
“I made a huge mistake and pumped DEF in my diesel tank . The truck shut down just about immediately. I had it towed into Ferrell and he and all his guys stopped what they were doing and jumped on my truck. In 45 min. he had the tank off, drained, cleaned, fuel pump flushed, filters replaced, blew out the lines and back together. Truck started up and is clear of all DEF. Highly recommend Ferrell Diesel Services.”

“Had AC work done.They gave me a price and did the work. had to take it back a few times to get it corrected. Knowledge of AC is not the best. after working on it a few times got it working correctly. While I had to take it back to get it done right I must give them a 4 star because they stood behind there work with no further cost. That is important for shops now days and hard tyo find.”

“This USA, family owned company is top-notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. We bought our Calico trailer in Oklahoma but through no fault of theirs, we needed a Dexter axle changed. They got to us immediately, replaced it, made a couple of other repairs (also not their fault), and treated us so well while we were there waiting. They had us back on the road to Louisiana in just over an hour. That’s how you run a business folks!”
