βHad to have my Front Control arms replaced on my Mazda Cx-5 they were quick to get me scheduled and it only took a few hours for them to fix them today, HUGE shout out to Kendall, thank you for fixing my baby. I love this car and love it even more now that it doesnβt squeak when I turn my steering wheel.. Highly recommend this place!!β

βI needed a radiator replacement for my Jeep. He let me pick the day to have it done. 2 days later, I was back on the road. I could've had it done that very next day, but I had appointments, so it was the next day. Better get in there NOW before the back-up begins.β
βIt was time for our regular oil change and MSSC was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner . As usual they responded to all questions and went over and above in checking out the vehicle for safety and mechanical concerns, including possible seepage from the rear shocks. Everything's was A-okay. They are always respectful and and eager to please us as customers. They are our go to auto service people.β
βLet me make this clear. No, one likes having car problems. We caught a flat, made it to harrison battery and tire.They took absolutely amazing care of our tire. I want to personally, thank Steve Turney the general manager. He heard about our situation and basically plugged/sealed our tire for free. He gave us the positive energy that we needed to continue our honeymoon.
If you have any problems make sure you find Steve he's your man. Steve is an example, that there's still some amazing people in this world .β
βMy car had been acting up for some time, after surrendering it to the Hyndai dealership with no results, I took it here for repairs. Will and his team worked diligently to ensure all the necessary requirements (involving the warranty company) and repairs were done efficiently and effectively. My car is now running exquisitely. I had taken it many places with no results, after taking it to Auto Medics the problem was immediately addressed and an engine replacement (amongst other repairs) took place. Iβm beyond thankful for the work they did and their continued efforts in ensuring my car continues to run properly. I will not be going anywhere else from here on out!!!β

βMy family and I couldn't recommend this place more. Our luck ran out tonight on Halloween and we had a pretty good leak in our tire. They got us right in and took care of us immediately. They've more than earned our future business! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!β
βWe were vacationing in the Ozarks and had a coil spring break.
We limped into Harrison mid morning and went to Brockman's based on its proximity and good reviews. It took a few hours to get the part delivered but Matthew had us on the road early that afternoon.
If I lived in Harrison he'd be my regular mechanic. If I ever have trouble on the road again I hope it's near someone as honest, quick, and competent.β

βMy husband and I were on a trip in northern Arkansas when his diesel truck went into limited mode. We made it to Woods Chevrolet and they got us in quickly - the service department staff were so courteous and helpful and got us back in the road that day!β
βThe crew here is the best! Not only did they do a great and quick job changing my oil, my plastic fender was hanging down under the car and the guy in the pit connected it back so it wouldn't hang down without me asking. I really appreciate the care they take there. Thank them for going above and beyond!β

βOil change and tire rotation in 90 minutes as a walk-in on a Sat morning so I guess not terrible. Iβve been in a few times previously and been very pleased. 4 stars instead of 5 because the gentleman helping me went out of his way to insult my vehicle three times. Iβm 64 and thatβs a first for me. I couldnβt believe my ears but anyway a strike on customer service. Still recommend. This was an isolated incident.β
βI had an overheating problem that started on my trip. The shop was busy but said to bring my truck by and they would have a look at it. The shop is very professional and courteous. The problem was was found and resolved before noon. I highly recommend this shop for professional courteous and accurate work.β
βAbsolutely wonderful ! The staff and services were hands down the best I've ever had ! Usually when you go into one of these places you think they are going to price gouge you and this was not the case. Matter of fact they under cut my previous estimates and saved me money . I spent several hours looking at shops in Harrison, reading reviews, looking at photos, researchin longevity, and so on. I chose Master Tech Auto Repair based mainly on its longevity and reviews. John was helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional every step of.the way. The service was completed quickly, the price was fair, and the quality of the work was very good. βHonest and honorable sales team! These guys gave my son a full refund after purchasing a vehicle as is 48 hours after purchase. The check engine light came on before he made it home from the lot, we called and explained and they immediately offered apologies and full refund with no questions stating they do not white wash to make sales, my son returned the vehicle and received his purchase amount back within minutes... commendable!β

We literally got ripped off the one and only time we used a shop to work on our truck previously And always hear horror stories about shops doing the unthinkable. This shop was my second experience and I am impressed. The folks here are fantastic people. I highly recommend. Thanks again guys. (You did our wheel seals, brakes ect) The 1993 dually. We are very satisfied customers. I brought my dad with and he grabbed a business card immediately! Our family is sold. ? Great job! I would give 10stars if I could!β
βThis place is TOP NOTCH!! I have been in the automotive dealership biz since 1992 and from my view.. these fine folks do it right. I brought them a vehicle that was honestly pretty needy. I was afraid if driving it more than a few miles thinking it would stop in itβs tracks. I brought it to them and requested that they make it a safe vehicle for me to use as an every day driver. They did just that! Iβm now proud of that I feel safe driving the vehicle that I bought. βOne of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic, I'd highly suggest them! I had a rock shoot up through my radiator causing a very unfortunate leak while traveling through the area. They answered the phone on a Sunday and got my car in and fully repaired first thing Monday morning (they would have gladly helped me that Sunday but happened to be out of town at the time). They even reattached the plastic paneling I had ripped off my car in a panic trying to find the leak myself. They took the time to answer all of my questions I had to help ensure me I'd be able to safely make my 12 hour drive back home. I made it back without a single issue and wish I lived in the area to use them for all of my future repairs and routine maintenance. Thank you for all the help!β
βSo, it finally turned into summer a few days ago here and I had places to go. I melt faster than most, so when I started my rig and flipped on the a/c blower and got only a loud metallic scream for the effort, I was in trouble.
It was 92 degrees at 0745 and humidity of about 90%.
Obviously the blower was a big part of the problem and 20 years ago I would have figgered it out and fixed it. I canβt do that anymore.
To me this is the GOOD part of thisβ¦
It could have been something got into the fan somehow, or the motors bearing took that moment to begin to seize. I knew that pulling it apart and checking it out COULD be the cheapest way to go but, time consuming. I figgered replacing the old motor with brand new would FIX it definitely but cost more but do away with diagnostic time costs. Sooooo my point is, I told Chris up front that it would be βalright with me to replace the old with new in the interest of saving time.β He would have made a little extra for the shop with my blessing. Instead he told me, let us check it out and Iβll get back to you soon. (They had a full shop, they were busy.)
A couple of hours later Robert and Chris both had called me to pick it up. They had diagnosed it, repaired the problem, and charged me for 1/2 hour of shop timeβ¦in total, period. Cold air blowing, wow.
This business treats me with honesty and fairness every time Iβve needed them. Theyβve saved me money.β
