“I've been with arvest a few years, but opened up at a different branch. Today while getting my car taken care of, I decided to walk over there to open another account. They were a little busy, but they welcomed me right in and got me the accounts I needed in a timely manner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and it was a great experience! In fact it was fun... which for a bank... well, you know...lol

“I’m not sure why all the negative reviews but the staff here in my experience are all five stars! Madeline and staff have always been prompt and courteous, and they are a credit to themselves and Bank OZK. On the other hand, the staff at the downtown branch are complete polar opposite. To include the new bank manager that they have. I am so tired of having to chase up a simple inquiry and being dismissed and blown off, not getting a response for weeks and weeks and then finally when I do it’s basically just an empty apology because they turn around blowing me off all over again! And then there’s the tellers who have an attitude whenever I try to inquire and visibly show frustration, which is not directly aimed at them, but I still get the attitude! This is unacceptable!! I will not be going to the downtown branch any more if I can help it. The uptown branch is my go-to and I will continue to do so. Bravo, uptown branch! See ya’ll soon! :))”
