The guy in this store is rude. I have tried twice to upgrade phones here and each time he basically blew us off and told us we were wasting his time with his attitude. I've gone way out of my way to not have to deal with him. Everywhere else we have been has been helpful and explained options to us that he did not. I have been a cricket customer for several years And he has never been nice. If we weren't traveling I would switch services just so we did not have to deal with him. I love our cricket service, but our local rep is going to cost you customers.

I went in for a phone upgrade today 3/28/24 and spoke with Moxie! He was so kind and helped me through the entire process. He explained everything to me and knew exactly what he was talking about! I will not be going through another phone service!

Outstanding customer service from Warren Collins, at this Cricket Wireless location! He went the “miracle mile” to help resolve an issue that I was having, with my account. He actually cares about his customers, which makes this particular store even better than any of their competitors could ever wish to be. This is not my first time going to this Cricket store, either…. I’ve seen him help other customers get exactly what they came in for, as well.If you want great cell phone service, along with the phone you really want…. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO ALL.

When first started with Cricket it was amazing. But you had 3 people there working. Never was friendly acted like that you was a burden. Then you got rid of them put 3 new people in and they was amazing. Don't know where they went. But you hired a man for a Manager name is Warren he is the very same way acts like you are a burden. Would not give me my reference # to my payment that came out of my Bank Account. And didn't even give me a receipt. Talking to Customer Service they are saying I paid with cash. No I paid with my bank account. If you can't get people that is a people person that loves dealing with the public don't understand why you would hire someone that is like this everytime you have to deal with him. So more than less you pay someone that does nothing but sits and is on his phone. Or just simply doesn't do his job right. It seems like if you paid with your bank card you would get a reference # or at least a receipt. Then when calling he can't give me my reference # why is that???
