The driver(s) regularly lie in their reporting system and state that they attempted to deliver but (customer wasn’t available) or ( location not suitable for delivery) when they never tried to deliver at all. Today I was standing in my driveway when I received the notification stating (customer not available). Never happens with UPS or USPS.

They are the worst ! No way to speak to a live person! Even when part of your order is delivered and the other part goes to a different state. Someone who is human and knows how to operate a business should buy them out! I have no use for them! The absolute worst carrier I have ever dealt with!Mark Olson

When they deliver they never ring the door bell even when there was a note on the door that said I am home ring the door bell maybe his fingers are broken. We had to drive 20 mile to go to the office to get phone

I'm actually reporting to you all about one of your careless speeding driver. My husband and I were leaving our house and we live on Maxie Camp Rd. which is a 25mph speed limit and a children play zone and school bus drop off zone and we have blind stop hill on our road. As we were pulling out of drive way and the FedEx driver came speeding over the hill and had to slam on her break and scream the tiers and ran my husband truck off the road into a ditch. She did not acknowledge to stop to see if we were ok or stop to apologize but instead she continued to keep on speeding down Maxie Camp Rd. Yes we do know that it was a female driver but we didn't get no truck number or tag number. Your drivers need to be more careful, more courteous and watch their speed limits and where they drive. Because that female driver could really hurt us or possibly even someone's children or hit a bus full of kids.

In a one week period FedEx has mis-delivered 2 packages. The first one showed up 2 days after it supposedly had been delivered in my mail box which is 1/2 mile from my house. A week later same song, second verse...message "package delivered"...not to my house. That was 12/19/. So far I have no idea where this package is. Wish I could ask sellers NOT to use FedEx!!! Update 12/22/20 Had neighbor tell me my 2nd package they had found on the driveway at their house and they had brought to mine. They have a large wooden sign with their name on it!!! I just called FedEx ground at Harrison, AR and they there is no way anyone but a shipper can speak to a human being. The automated voice hung up on me! Apparently there is no way an unfortunate customer victim) can complain about their slipshod service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx admitted that they delivered it to the wrong address and refuse to do anything to correct it.

Driver pulled in yard making ruts instead of getting out and telling me he just backed out and drove off. Driver did not even leave package tried calling and was on hold for an hour. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

If I could chose any other carrier on planet earth I would. 100% of boxes delivered by FedEx are either damaged beyond comprehension or delivered to the wrong house. They dont take ownership and could care less. If I order something that has FedEx delivery I know I'm screwed.
