Brought in over $300 in coins to cash. All of them wrapped. The teller proceeded tell us that she had to go back and count them. She came back and gave us a total of $240. When asked why, she informed us that they use Coinstar. Do NOT use these crooks!

Honestly the most frustrating bank I have had to deal with technology and mobile banking wise. They frequently cannot log me in when i'm using my desktop. Their mobile app only worked once. Texting to see your balance is a 50/50 shot at either actually finding out your balance or getting an error message. I don't get whats so hard about either keeping your servers up or letting people know if you are doing maintenance. Only reason I did not rate it 1 star is because the walk in experience is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and recognize you. Never the less their online banking makes me want to pull my hair out and bash my keyboard.

The bank isn't there no more I wish they would take the sign down and take it off of Google so that people won't get mislead going there all they have is a drive thru they should put that as the address not the big building thank you
