We had the worse service from this store, we purchased a 4000 sectional sofa, took longer to get than what we were told, one piece was still not at store after 10 weeks. We were first told we could not have the floor model. When I called and told them I was ready to cancel the entire order they all of sudden said I could have that one piece from the floor model to complete order. A couple days after delivery we notice a tear under one of the cushions. Called and was told they would replace. 3 weeks we still don't have it, Filed complaint with BBB. I wish I would have checked their 1 star rating first. Crickets no return calls ever. Stay away.

So they replaced my old table that was damaged. Not to mention they were pretty much blaming me for the damage on the first table. Well this is the pic of the 2nd table the replaced the first one with. Clearly there quality is bad. I called them as soon as i received this table and they told me i would get a call back Monday. Well Monday came around and NO PHONE CALL. I literally had to call them and check to see what was going on and they still had the nerve to say “we will order you a new one” i don’t understand why this wasn’t done as soon as they knew this was going on. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. I say this because the recent reviews and my experience here.

I bought a loveseat, chair and ottoman on4/23/2022 and after a month I received the chair and ottoman after several calls to them. It has now been over 2 months and I still have not received the loveseat. I have called and left messages for the salesperson that they tell me I have to talk to and he will not return my calls. I spoke with the manager on June 23, 2022 and he was rude and not willing to solve any issues so I told him I want to cancel the loveseat and he said I will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. I told him it has been over 2 months since I bought it and the fee should be waived since I was told it would be up to 2 weeks not over 2 months to receive my furniture. I am receiving statements for the furniture that I have not received. I have filed a complained with BBB to help get this resolved.

Bought a couch in February 2021. It has been broke the whole time I have had it. Everytime I call I get a run around of when and how they will fix it. The first excuses the person that handled repairs quit and deleted everyones work order. Then hey send us pictures and we will have someone come look. No one has ever came out and look at it. But when I call back oh we have "ordered" the part. Funny how they know what part it is when again no one has laid eyes on it from there other then pictures. This was in August still no part still have a broken couch. Called last month u was told they would just look into replacing that end of the couch. But this month I'm told no we won't do that you just have to wait God knows how long for this mysterious "part". So save your time and money and go somewhere that will stand behind what they say and not lie to you and sell you broken stuff.

Harrison Store is awesome,Great Customer Service.Roger's store not so much, I shopped for 45 minutes before a sales rep even acknowledged my existence then after buying a couch and paying cash they screwed up the delivery to the Harrison store and it took 2 weeks to get. Thankfully the Harrison store was able to correct and fix he delivery manifest

So disappointed with this company... Will not purchase from them anything again.. ESPECIALLY mattresses!!We went to them to see the bed technology thing they offer.... The salesman was nice until we are not happy... We decided on a bed and bought it.... WELL IT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WE TRIED IN THE STORE..I feel we were bait and switched...I am so unhappy I just want my money back to go elsewhere.. and they say NO... if needed I will tell the entire story...

Do not buy the furniture here. They do not value their customers and deliver defected pieces. Had one hell of an experience. When we buy a new item, we expect them to verify before delivering, but they will ask you to use warranty for the delivered defected pieces. DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE.

Place has a really great selection of items and the workers are nice however it seems alot of things aren't in stock and delivery seems to be a challange for them. They accept cash but will not offer cash refunds. So after waiting to get our item for additional month we sought it else where. To find out we have to wait for our money aka our refund to be delivered as well.

I can not express enough my gratitude to Hanks Fine Furniture and the staff. My life took a nose dive when after my lease was up, I ended up moving back to Springfield, Missouri… the apartment I wanted to move into at Crystal Flats was pushed up once again to October. I had no place to move to so, I’m staying with family in Nixa Mo. I bought a Gray Queen Size sofa sleeper and it’s paid off… I did not know and missed the email on my apartment… my storage unit here in Springfield is not climate controlled and the employee I talked to said they would babysit my couch until I can go back to get it. She completely understood my dilemma of my situation and that goes above and beyond what I expected. There is a an apartment shortage here in Springfield and I’ve had a very tough time finding an apartment. I also need a left hip replacement and will go to Wisconsin to have that done in August. I have literally cried at trying to find a place to live here… With everything that is going down in my life right now, how wonderful is it to know that Hanks will watch my couch with no problem until I can find a place to live here. What other furniture retailer does that? None that I know of..Thank you to Hank and all of the employees who have my life easier. I can not recommend Hanks enough for their service to my situation!
