Run down and isn't pleasant to the eye. The sidewalks have a sloop and then uneven concrete which with the uneven sidewalk and the downward slope, it's hard for a disabled person in a wheelchair.

Not a bad place to live, they allow pets, keep the property clean, and it stays mostly quiet.

My step daughter lives there and the people there are very friendly and nice.
