Not friendly ppl to deal with at all. Very un negotiable, and act like your just bothering them. I going to deal with the Branson Lincare from now on. They are SO NICE OVER THERE!! DIXIE, SHANNON, ROBYN, ALL ARE JUST SUPER!!!

Very uncaring and impersonal staff. They do not care about your loved one, you are just a number and they treat you as such. They were very rude to us during my dad’s illness and after his passing.

They brought my mother a damaged used bed but claimed it was new. After two years the bed broke and Lincare has refused to repair the bed. Edited - Now they have twice brought the wrong part. The technician STOLE $600 from us this morning! Police report has been filed!
