This used to be one of the best stores! I spent so much time and money here. I went in today for a return because an item completely came apart (all the stitching came out) , the manager was so rude and could care less about the item that I wore once and completely came apart. I will not be back to this store. I hope they can fix the personnel problem.

I shop at Maurices every 5 weeks in Harrison, AR. In may I bought several things but a pair of jean shorts they didn’t have in my size so they ordered me a pair and they were mailed to me. They didn’t fit, so when I went back to Maurices on June 30, I brought the shorts back to the store. She was suppose to credit my account and I also bought 2 tee shirts which ended up me owing 15.81 So I paid the difference and left. Today I get a bill saying not only do I owe for the shorts I returned, I have a 24.00 late fee. I contacted the store, I contacted the credit card service. Too bad for me, I have to pay it I told them they will miss me because I spend hundreds of dollars there. I will never step in one of their stores again. Beware of the Harrison Arkansas store because they hire incompetent people to work in their store

I brought back shorts they ordered for me because they did not fit. The employee said she credited my account. she never did. so 2 months later I get a bill plus a 25$ late fee. called Harrison store they pushed me off to the credit card company. I always use my debit card. doesn't matter, I have to pay. I'm just sick about this, I've always had wonderful service with them. I will never set foot in their store again

Thi$ Maurice's has friendly staff, helpful. Harrison needs more casual dress clothing shops. Fair selection most items. Silver brand jeans NOT available iñ most sizes?.

I have been losing weight for 1 year. I wanted some nice Jeans to wear that would fit. The service was amazing there! I got what I wanted and learned I had lost 3 sizes! Fast friendly and very interested in what I wanted suggesting what else would be a good fit.. impressive

Awesome clothes, no doubt. The clarence rack is full of awesome clothes. There is really good smelling perfume. The workers there are nice, friendly, and are quick about thing. They are very helpful too.
