It was close to time for the store to close but we had questions because the options for drills have grown since we purchased our last drill 11 years ago. We called for help and the guy who came was so patient and knew everything there is to know about drills. He helped us make a good decision. At the end of our time with him we noticed that his tag said store manager. We were pretty impressed that the store manager took so much time to help us.”
