The young lady there did not know her products. Also you have to pay for your bags for the products there. You spend $40 + dollars and no bag to carry out your purchase.. if you shop there take your own bag . I’ll probably be shopping on line for my products!

Cashier got rude with me over HER mistake. I exchanged an item for a CHEAPER product and she tried to charge me rather than refund the money owed.. whatever was only 2.18 no big deal BUT then she charged me AGAIN for the two items that I exchanged for. So ultimately paid for 4 boxes of dye when I only got two. Came back to explain the issue and get the money for the two boxes I paid twice for.. no big deal until the cashier got extremely rude with me about the situation. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a cashier. Absolutely will not be back. If you can't deal with the public then don't work retail. Simple.

This store has now turned away a customer TWICE because she did not have an email. Even though when I called they told me an email was only needed for rewards and not to purchase items! This customer has been coming to your store for over 10 years and you have turned her away TWICE! When she has to drive at least 30 minutes one way to your store. THIS IS ABSOLUTE BS!

Awful customer service. While my wife was inside purchasing several hair care products, our four year old needed to use the restroom. When I walked up take her inside, one of the employees came to the door, held her hand out, refused to allow my daughter in, and said, "there are important things in here...you can walk down to Arby's." Who says that to a paying customers child? This is awful customer service. Why make a child cry when she didn't do anything wrong? We will not be back.
