“I've been renting from Carrie since last May and since then the ac unit went out and the pipeline froze. She got them fix in a timely manner. She's always kind to me and my family even though alot of other are not since I am Mexican. When account was hacked and I couldn't pay the rent she gave me time to get it sorted out and didn't charge me a late fee.”

When we found out that my dad, who has brain cancer, would be coming home from the hospital, we had less than 24 hours to completely rearrange our home to make space for a hospital bed and create another bedroom for my 81-year-old mother.
