I purchased a vehicle from Shane brewer auto. Around 8-9 months of having vehicle my car was sabatoge tank filled with water broke down in town mr. Brewer offered to tow and fix it for I said thank you this would be the last week of January 2025. Shane notified me March 10 that the vehicle was fixed I pick it up March 11 I went in his office he said it cost $800 dollars to fix it he said he add that to the payoff of car I could pay $89 dollars extra a month on top of car payment until $800 paid back I agree I signed a document agreeing to the proposition after only having car one hour supposedly fixed car breaks down same problem that was not fixed Shane tow vehicle not happy doing so when I talked with him days later to see if car ready he wants insurance claim done I only wanted my car fixed like it said it was from the beginning he wanted to change the proposition I agreed signed to on the $800 and wanted $800 up front before he work further I asked him why would I pay $800 to have my car fixed that wasn't fixed I was lucky to get that much relay he began getting psychotic on the phone talking about how his cookie crumbles he begins swearing I have the entire conversation recorded under the Arkansas black law he then made a comment that I could only interpret as he wanted to physically fight me he said get here my place now we settle this now I said you are showing hot head I do not know if you are going to physically assault me he didn't deny my statement as not true I was in a state of shock that he wanted to flip his wig because I had a problem with paying for services that were not properly rendered I said I just want my car fixed like was volunteered promised that did not happen fix it right I get my vehicle pay him accordingly as we agreed but now that he displayed psychotic behavior I fear for my life if I was to return to get my car I hope he finds the Lord 🤗
Update. I notified Shane brewer auto again and asked him if my vehicle was fixed yet he said when I bring him$ 800 dollars I can have the car back which I don't have $ 800 all at once to give which is why he told me since I was in good standing to begin with he volunteered to fix it he said when it was allegedly fixed it wasn't he said he would let me pay the $800 in payments I signed agreement contract with him that I pay $89 on top of my monthly car payment which was $331 monthly never late so between paying the $800 for repairs that never fixed car pay that in installments I would pay him a total of $ 420 monthly until the $800 was paid then I drop to $331 monthly what my payment was the agreement when I drove the vehicle off lot service engine light was still on lifters rattling very loud only had the car an hour after he said it was fixed come in sign payment agreement on $800 after I leave lot one hour later breaks down same reason that he was to have had fixed because of his job he volunteered to do did not do it right had to pay for tow truck he figures out the water in my gas tank ruined the engine that's why it wasn't fixed properly so he gets mad because he didn't fix it right and then wants to go back on agreement I signed to make $ 89 pay a month payments on top of car payment reverse it and demand I pay the entire $800 up front to get a car back that he can't or refuses either one to get it right he is a real piece of work do not trust him at all after what he did.

Shane is an amazing person. Everyone who works there is so kind, and inviting. He answered all our questions and was quick to fix what few things that I had concerns about. I'm so happy with my new car!!! My husband and I will definitely be going back to him when we need a new car!

We didnt make a deal but out of all the lots, he called us. Spoke with us. Shane was very nice. Took the time to talk with us. Other lots wont even call or even speak to you. When we shop again we will check his lot again. Thanks Shane!

Shane Brewer is an honest and upright man and has went above and beyond as a businessman. He is the standard of how the used car game should be operated with compassion and care for his customers. Great place to buy a car! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good used car. No haggling, he was happy with the deal and I was happy with the deal. Replaced a missing spare tire and jack for me so we would have one just in case and also addressed a couple of smaller items without hesitation. Would highly recommend. All around good place and good guy.

Been saving this review for awhile waiting for the perfect time to post it. We had gone to multiple car lots looking for the perfect family vehicle since we were going from 2 to 3 of us and our truck just wouldn’t cut it anymore. Had been looking for months and months. Went out on a limb and went to Shane, newer car lot, not a lot of reviews and was skeptical at first. Not only did he work with us, but he and his staff were beyond nice and welcoming. While there waiting to speak with him he had other customers as well and you could tell that he appreciated them and took care of them too. Had great conversations with he and his staff. We ended up going home with a Jeep Patriot. We absolutely love it and a few days ago were able to take our baby girl home in it. Great staff, experience, and vehicles. 100% recommend them to our friends and family as well. If I could give more than five stars I would. Big thank you to Shane and his staff for helping us make such a large choice and step forward into our transition to widening our family.
