“I dropped my damaged car off at Frederick's Body Shop and that was the last time I initiated contact. From that day forward, I received updates via text and/or phone calls. Because of the backlog of needed items, there was a delay but I was informed along the way. When I picked the car up, I was overwhelmed. The car was beautiful.
