“I have stayed at this location several times over the years and every single time service is exceptional. Chris is wonderful and always try his best to accommodate my needs. He makes my check-in very easy. I really enjoy his hospitality and thank you for wonderful service. I highly recommend this location when traveling on the I-40. Rooms are nice and clean always; bed are very comfortable. Very safe and secure no problems any time. This is something I wanted to share because I feel like it is important; I was right there in the line for check in and there was a guy name Roberto Juarez something like that he is a complete jerk and fraud. I really feel sorry for the front desk and the hotel. As per what I heard that he was staying there from couple of nights due to work and he had no problem at all. Anyhow according to him he got bit by something last night but he was completely okay with that and instead of reporting straight away or even in the morning he went to work and then came back by around 4PM. He went to that same room took shower, eat food, and also took sleep for 3-4 hours and all of sudden because his work was over that day he came to the front desk for to create a scene and to get refund for entire stay in the name of bed bug. The front desk guy said checkout time was 11:00 AM in the morning if you were bitten by something last night why did you let anyone know immediately or even in the morning before heading to work because 6:30 or 7:00 PM is not the checkout time. I saw you going to the room around 3:30 or 4:00PM so where were you until then. The front desk person said lets go and check the whole room; its when that guy started fumbling and said I already checked everything and you can not find any bed bug because it is impossible. He just started cursing and just give me my money back blah blah. etc. etc. I really feel sorry for hotels when they have to deal with this kind of jerks. Thank You.”
