My washer from Lowe’s died (after only a year and a half and $700)
I decided I wanted to splurge on a Speed Queen since they are reliable. I live in Searcy and nowhere had the model I wanted (except one store that wouldn’t sell me just the washer. They said we had to buy the set.) Of course my husband was out of town on a business trip when all this happened and I was stressing.
I called and talked to Scott and he was so nice and helpful! I probably called five times that day regarding my arrival time, measurements to make sure it fit in my car, etc and he was so nice and went above and beyond.
I LOVE my speed Queen and wish I had gotten one years ago when I cloth diapered. It’s so quick and does a wonderful job.
I’m itching to buy the dryer now 🙈 Scott went over the features of the washer and the dryer as well in case I want to get it down the road.
1000/10 recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality washer! They had a great selection and I’m grateful I didn’t have to wait!

Local Ace Hardware store. They close at like 1:30 pm on Saturday afternoon and don't open back up until Monday morning, which is a major inconvenience if you need a hardware store on the weekend. This is my only dislike, but the weekends are usually my only off time. The staff are always very helpful.
