I've been an AT&T customer for around 20 years but I'm about to switch to T-Mobile after speaking with the AT&T representative at the Heber Springs AT&T store. I'm a prepaid customer and have been for at least 10 of the 20 or so years I've been with AT&T. I prefer to do it that way because it's less expensive than the regular plans. It works for me and I use auto-draft so the monthly fee is automatically deducted from my account each month. When my phone started messing up and I decided to get a new one, I called the local AT&T store to see what all they have. Our local Wal-Mart is pretty slim pickings. The male who answered the phone said they wouldn't sell me a phone if I'm a prepaid customer. They don't deal with prepaid customers at all, he said. I asked him how on earth do they make any money then, if they won't sell AT&T phones to prepaid AT&T customers, since literally everyone I know who is on AT&T uses their prepaid plans. I'm not sure why AT&T wouldn't sell an AT&T phone to an AT&T customer, but whatever. I do know that T-Mobile, right across the street, doesn't mind if you're a prepaid customer. I already have internet with T-Mobile, so I may as well switch my phone service as well and save a little money from the bundling. Very poor customer service!!

The man with a beard is very hateful. He acts like you are interrupting his computer game. He told me he was unable to help me with my new iphone. I went to Conway Att and they were able to help me with my new iPhone and help pick out a new apple watch to go with my new phone.

I have been to this store recently to purchase a new phone and change my plan. Was met with nothing but a great attitude and service. I was in and out of the store quickly because of the efficient and timely staff. Thankful to have things done so quickly! Staff was very smart, kind, and helpful.

We are loyal AT&T customers of 23 years. HORRIBLE Experience at Heber Springs Arkansas AT&T store. Went in the AT&T store in Heber Springs Arkansas 9-16-23 to add a line as my husband has retired and given permission by his Arkansas State job to keep his same phone number. We were treated BEYOND RUDE by the white female with no name tag on and white male blonde hair and beard with No name tag on. There were notes on my husband’s work phone number from his employer of permission to transfer billing responsibility. Both these employees refused to give my husband time to call the authorized person with his employer who could have easily gotten AT&T business rep on the phone. Both Above employees refused to give me their name when I asked for it. They talked down to us, told from the beginning they couldn’t help us AND female told 2 Senior Citizens she was calling the police on the 2 nicest people. We drove 45 minutes to come to the store. We will NEVER go to this store again!!! We called AT&T business rep after leaving the store who created a PIN, which we could have done in the store in Heber Springs, so we are now driving 1 hour to a store who can help us. The Cabot AT&T store we drove to was Wonderful & took care of all our needs.

The lady at the Heber Springs Ark At&t location was awesome. I think her name is LaCritia. Forgive me for misspelling your name! She was very attentive and helpful in helping me select a new phone since my IPhone 11pro stopped working. She saved me money and told me how to save even more money. Thank you! The different ATT stores I have been to have taken good care of me. Unfortunately they are very busy people. I made the mistake once going at CHRISTmas time, that was almost as bad as going to Walmart on Black Friday. I was educated very quickly!! I have to say ATT over all have tried very hard to take care of my problems.
