“I was very pleased with the customer service I received at the heber springs location. My car has had issues for a few months and I took it to o’reilly last night to buy more products to potentially fix my car. Since it is a turbo and the problem was coming from the intake, the code read about 90 codes….thankfully AIDEN was there to help me!!! He came out and looked under my hood to help me decide which piece would fit on a bolt to take my engine cover off but he quickly saw a different issue that could have been causing alll of my problems. He got me exactly what I needed and was such a respectful young man! I tried tipping him but he would not accept, I will definitely change my auto part store from auto zone to o’reilly now! Thank you again, AIDEN! You need a raise, in my opinion bc you are knowledgeable and very helpful to your customers!”
