Went to get a new charging cord for my phone and had the worst experience I’ve ever had there! I don’t know where they get their help but they need to find people that are knowledgeable and not to mention customer friendly!! I will never go back to that store I’ll buy my accessories at Walmart!! Then after looking at every phone charging cord she told me they didn’t have what a needed!! SERIOUSLY???
She had NO clue what she was looking for!!

They sold my boss a 4g phone claiming it was an “upgrade” and when he went to complain they refused to do anything for him. Such scummy business practices should not be supported.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I asked them for an upgrade after losing my phone and they DOWNGRADED me to a 4G when I specifically told them I needed a 5G for my work when I previously had a 5G phone after dealing with this location they did not help AT ALL and sent me to customer service waited weeks to hear back from someone and still they have not resolved the issue they pretty much have robbed me for $139 of my hard earned money after asking for them to just at least let me use my upgrade I had on another line they still have denied me of my money back or letting me turn my phone back in for a 5G which I needed in the first place !!!! If I could give 0 stars I would as soon as my contract is up I WILL NEVER USE CRICKET again or recommend them to anyone and especially not THIS LOCATION !!!!! I am furious and hope nobody gets scammed like I did

Great phone service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here in Heber Springs!!! I shouldn't of been standing there for over an hour to get a new phone because they want to chit chat with everyone else!!!! A new girl walks in and she just stands there like HELLOO YOU WORK HERE HELP ME!!!!

Emily was AMAZING with helping us even thought we showed up at literally 5:58. Even activated my girlfriends phone for her and got it working before we walked out of the door. 10/10
