If you’re looking for a jeweler who inaccurately appraises items, then this is the place to go. To say I’m disappointed with a recent service I sought out from The Jeweler’s Touch is a huge understatement. After conversations surrounding my incorrect appraisal where I ultimately ended up requesting a refund (and refusing having to make a second visit to have my ring evaluated), I was met with gaslighting and ego. I do NOT recommend this business whatsoever. Make the drive to Conway to visit Brooks Fine Jewelery or Sissy’s Log Cabin, or to Searcy to go to Byron’s (which I should have done in the first place myself). (DM me for screenshots of conversation if interested.)

I have a serious complaint, 2016 I carried my 1 caret diamond ring in the store I had got it for my 10th anniversary in 1996. I bought a ring guard for it at this jewelry store in 2006 I had several pieces of jewelry repaired over period of 15 years I lived in Greets Ferry, AR.\n- I took my diamond ring in to get it remounted, I picked out a white gold mounting I Paid\n$2,500.00 for.after I traded in ring guard and mount my diamond in new mounting, the jeweler look at my diamond ring and told me the diamond would have cost me $6,000 to\n$7,000 if I had bought it that day it was for my 30th wedding anniversary. I picked up my riI paid a check for the ring and left the store.\nIn 2020 my husband and I got a divorce. I had never had a reason to get my ring checked.\nNow I wanted a appraisal for my ring so I took it to 2 jewelry stores and they both told me the diamond in my ring was not real.\nSo I confronted the jeweler about my ring, he got very angry and told me that was the diamond I had left which was not true. He told me to prove it. It was only on my receipt the mounting I bought. I filed police report but nothing else I could do. I was heartbroken and that diamond was all I had left from a 34 year marriage. This man was rude and ask me to e his business. There should be something a person could do for theft from a business. I\nWould like to warn other people from making the same mistake I made. If you have any\nRecommendations please advice me. Thank you P A S****

I received a custom made gift of a family ring that was made by Jay Harrison of The Jewelers Touch. It is absolutely gorgeous and I love it. My mother who bought it said it was very reasonable in price and that Jay was very helpful, knowledgeable and had prompt, courteous service. We are very pleased!!

I had them size one of my wedding bands and it was still to tight when I went to pick it up. Instead of going up a size on it they suggested I get the other band sized up and I would have to pay another $60 to do so. I went to Bryons in Searcy and they are amazing! They sized my rings perfectly. Byrons also charged only $75 to size 2 of my rings.
