“I cannot say enough about Heather Willborg. To avoid a long story, Heather at FFB saved the day on my loan. I was using a big mortgage lender thinking they would have a streamlined easy process and found quickly, I was wrong. Heather stepped in to help me before I had even changed lenders. She was just trying to get me closed, no matter who was representing me, just to help. She started on a Friday at 4pm and was still working calling me wanting documents at 6p. Anybody else would’ve put it off till Monday and gone home to enjoy their weekend, or not helped at all, considering I hadn’t even changed lenders yet. The big lender that starts with a Z and ends with illow was the worst. From address changes to new surveys, to insurance updates, after 6wks, I still had not been closed. Multiple issues (none with me) came up the day BEFORE I was scheduled to close after 3 wks of being told we were on track and they had all they needed. The following Tuesday I had enough, and changed to FFB and Heather. She was a bulldog. Making sure everybody else was doing their job, and working as hard as she was. Heather guided me through the process step by step, again, handled ALL the technical stuff, and closed me in 7 days with no problem. My biggest isssue was not going with her to begin with, a mistake I wont make again. She will have my families business for as long as she is in the game. First Financial bank is lucky to have her, and she has earned my trust, which is no easy feat in today’s World. You can trust her too, and if you want someone who knows the game, will be there for you every step of the way, Heather Willborg is your girl, and FFB is your lender!”
