“I made a mistake in my estimate of time I had with the vehicle, and when presented with the conflict, I was treated with patience and respect. Initially, I was of a mind that it was U-haul's mistake and said so with conviction. However, it turned out to be MY mistake. I wasn't belligerent in any way, but the clerk was very courteous and respectful despite my protestations.”
