Old fashioned customer service! I was extremely impressed with the knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. The store is clean and well stocked, but the employees are what made this the best grocery shopping experience I’ve had in years. Thank you!

Got in and out quickly. Found everyone helpful, especially the gal at the Deli! Our checker even helped me out with my 2nd cart. Food and variety good, no complaints. Just one big suggestion: have your employees wear masks and remind them to keep 6 ft or more apart. That includes not grouping together to talk, especially around customers. But in spite of that I will be back!!

The process is very lengthy. And expensive. When I use Walmart to Walmart it's just simple and takes less than a minute. Here at Harps it takes 5 to 10 minutes. I'm not trying to knock the service but maybe they can work on the time process.
