Rude employees, purposely hold mail because they don't like you and lie and say it was at customers request. When they don't deliver because of forgetting or simply not wanting to they will say there was some sort of interference. Sub par postal employee quality.

I wish I was better at timing my trips. They always seem to be closed when I get there. Great service and short waits when I time it right, though.
