By far, the best floral and delivery service I've ever experienced. Flowers were fresh and arranged perfectly. Delivery was exceptional, flowers were carefully handled and people delivering were extremely friendly.

I received a text message from someone who had an address similar to mine. “They said we just got home we have been gone for a week and a half and it looks like you have some flowers here and they. Have been left outside. You can come and get them if you like. They are on our porch. I went to get them and they were dead. I took them to the old flower shop location and left them as I didn’t know they had moved. I finally got the owner to answer and she said she would send me some flowers but this is the last I heard from her and no flowers. It is disappointing to deal with a place called the Master’s Bouquet and Christian store and be cheated as I know those flowers were very expensive. She said her delivery person was new. you really should call the person and verify delivery.

On February 14, I picked up an arrangement with a dozen Gerbera daisies I had gotten for my wife. The arrangement looked great when I picked it up. The vase had plenty of water and everything seemed okay.The next day, however, less than 24 hours later, almost all of the daisies have already wilted considerably and the arrangement looks terrible now. I've never had this problem with arrangements from Master's before. My wife and I are very disappointed and feel like these flowers should have lasted longer than 24 hours before wilting this much.I sent an email to the email address listed on Masters' Facebook Page including photos of the wilted flowers but received no response. I have messaged them on Facebook with the same photos but have still received no response. This will most likely be the last time I get an arrangement from Masters Bouquet.

Stopped in for a gift for our banker friend and the service was awesome. They have flower arrangements and a small gift selection. It worked for us. Plus they wrapped at for us too!!!!

Took a chance and ordered over the phone for local delivery. 80 carnations for an 80th birthday. The recipient was overwhelmed with joy at this huge and heavy bouquet (the pic does not do it justice). One month later and there are still enough beautiful carnations that it now looks like a "regular" sized bouquet. Great job!!!
