During a severe storm, a young lady named Noni calmly informed customers, gathered them in the middle of the store, and waited out the storm with them. The manager was also able to quickly help a customer in a last-minute situation by multitasking and getting their balloons inflated on time. Another customer praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly mentioning an employee named Kathleen. Overall, this is considered the nicest Dollar General in the entire Northwest Arkansas area, with staff who take great pride in their store.
