I cancelled my storage rental I rented online for this facility due to improperly advertised units. The owners ignore all my calls, the facility isn't secure, and they DO NOT take care of their customers. The units are open bay with other renters who don't even have locks on their units. I've been trying for over a month to get my money back. I've called the district attorney's office and now I'm calling the police department, because they won't return my calls to cancel and won't refund my deposit, and improperly advertise what they offer. They are still trying to charge my card, and they also send me late fee notices. I have never used the unit! I never leave bad reviews, but this is absolutely warranted.

What a horrible experience. We rented a storage container for a move, and the code given did not work on the gate. The customer service hotline did not operate on Sunday, so we had to rent another container. After this fiasco, the horrible customer service agent still did not cancel our rental. We are still dealing with it three months after the fact. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Terrible! Don’t go there.Go to Jane ,went on line to vacate and still sent bill, called and guy said he’d take of it, never called back , I called again because they turned on auto pay and charged for another month and girl hung up on me!! Be careful with these people , they are terrible

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Made arrangements to store my camper. Went over all the details with the girl on the phone. She knew we were going to be storing a camper and she still ended up giving us a garage. There’s no way our camper would fit in the garage. I asked for a refund for the overpayment since the garage costs more per month than an open area spot and the manager said no. I know it’s only $20 but it’s the principle. It was your mistake and you’re still are charging the customer for something that they couldn’t even use.

Do not rent from these scammers! Besides the fact that they run this place remotely, the space they set me up with had a hole in the wall that led into the next unit. When I called to get a refund they tried to get smart with me, I went next-door to secure care safe storage and they took care of me, and the set up took about five minutes.
