Filled up our propane and three weeks later realized there was a leak. They fixed the leak they caused and came and refilled the tank. They gave us a bill for the propane that was spilled. We have attempted to speak to the owner at least five times, have gone in and spoken to the manager, spoke to a technician, no avail. A month later, they deliver another bill to us but still no word from the owner. Poor service and management. We will no longer be using this company for our propane needs.

We were out just before closing time. They sent a truck out and filled us up within an hour. Great people great service you don’t get from the other local companies.

I ran out of propane in the middle of the night while it was 10 degrees and snowy. Tri-state came out on a Saturday morning and was able to make it down my street to get us propane. Staff was friendly also.

Tri-State Propane makes it super easy to conduct business. No account set up, no contracts, no delivery fees, no other hidden fees. Amy in customer service is a pleasure to deal with.

Bought a property and attempted to continue with the existing tank. Requested them to inspect their tank as it smelled of propane outside the house. Was told no issues. Follow up few months later and we discover there is a leak. Called it in to see how it could be worked out and they chose to drop services and pick up their tank.
Apparently I never signed an agreement I never received. Nor did they attempt to remind that it was needed.
They will also be mad at you when rejecting a truck coming unannounced. Apparently they had these routes that I was never informed about nor did they call ahead.
This company prefers to drop you than work through problems caused due to their lack of communication.
Leaving a tank leaking gas through the level meter is irresponsible. I had 2 fill ups aside from the request to inspect the tank when I moved in to the house. So Tristate had 3 attempts to catch this leak.
Now let's see how long they take to pick up their tank "without damaging terrain" so I can find some other provider before winter.

Everyone I have interacted with from the office ladies to the drivers have all been wonderful. Always kind and helpful. Their prices are consistently the best around and they are super quick to get us filled up. I used to call around each time to see who I wanted to use, but now I don’t bother. I call tri-state every time!

We got home early this afternoon to find out that our propane regulator had froze up due to the negative temps outside. We called Tri-state to see what we could do and within 30 minutes they had a tech out to defrost the regulator. Zach braved the weather to ensure we could have a warm home in these super cold temps. We can’t thank everyone at Tri-State for their amazing customer service and attentiveness to their customers!! Will recommend over and over.

Prompt service, friendly people, fair prices. When we bought our home in Bella Vista 15 years ago, the people from whom we bought out house had rented a tank from Tri-State and therefore were using them for service. They were then bought out by a national competitor. We simply continued without issue, but a few years ago, their service deteriorated badly, and we ran out of gas during an arctic blast. We then learned that Tri-State was back in business and switched back to them. After running out of propane with a competitor, we're a bit paranoid but their service has been flawless.

I moved in to a.place in Lowell was told tri-state was the best. Gotta say no disappointment here. When I called I'm not passed around a bunch they get me with in the week if not the next day. And always pleasant staff .

They failed to update their hours. They are not open 8-5 every day. New hours are M-F 8-4
