Lately it takes forever to get a prescription filled. The doctor office calls it in so I wait until the next day. Then I am told it's not filled and will take an hour. After a few hours I will call back and am told it's not ready and to give them an hour. This is happening everytime. And most times you are just put on hold and after 10 minutes I hang up. Dont bother if you are in a hurry fioryour prescriptions.. Some of the young staff they hire are extremely rude.

This pharmacy has been my go-to pharmacy for my kids prescriptions but lately I have been going for days and they still haven't filled my childs prescription and there's always a line, the workers just keep walking by like nobody needs anything today I went to ask again and the lady just looked at the computer for one second and said no I asked for my kid prescription paper back so I could check if other pharmacies would have the medication in stock, she said I would have to call my kids pediatrician like what?

I have been cared for and about, many years by Allcare. That being said, the professionals are still the sweetest in town. This new, Express, we don't answer the phone or care you've called for 3 days and have yet to speak to ANYONE place is terrible. Overworked, understaffed, cattle call for the herds, is poor business at best! Now i have to wait 2 more days before i can try calling again. I don't know if heart failure is cute or not, but I know it's painful to drown while sitting up in a chair. People have a pharmacy because their lives require medications. Where did the automation system go? Where did the texts and updates go? Where did the smiles and caring about our continued good health go? Where did allcare go??If it's the Dr.'s failure to authorize a refil atleast answer the phone long enough to say that instead of "please hold" for 3 days and noone EVER comes back on the line. Left with no medication, no answers and no idea who to call. I get it, it's a corporate thing. For me, it's a life thing! When you can't breathe well cause the heart is beating at 180, it wears me down, yet i'm certain not as much as y'alls ringing telephone. God Bless all of you! Hope you get some help soon. Have Mercy on all concerned.
